Autumn Term 2 2020-21

(Please note: This page is best viewed using Google Chrome browser.)

Cheesy jokes, dancing, games, ill-fitting hats and plastic toys aplenty as we pull Christmas crackers and have Christmas parties!

We finished off 2020 with our Christingle service as normal, but this time it was online.

Year 6 produced Andy Warhol inspired art using both digital and paper methods.

Year 3 enjoyed an Arty afternoon in the style of Roy Lichtenstein.

In Nursery, children worked on sequencing the story of 'Whatever Next?'

Art/DT Day in Years 5 and 6 included Bethlehem shadow artwork and K'Nex fairground ride design.

Fraction work in Maths across Years 5 and 6.

Due to COVID, we were unable to have our usual whole-school remembrance service. Instead, each class observed a silence in class. Other activites were done around school to mark the occasion too. Please see them in the video below, which contains an introduction by Year 6,  a 2 minute silence, and a rendition of the Last Post.

Well done and thanks to those children in Year 3 who completed their half term project. Here are some of the Stone Age projects returned.
