Special Educational Needs & Disabilities

The Governors and staff shall make every effort to ensure that where a child is found to require Special Educational Support, they shall enlist the support of parents and any appropriate professional support agency to achieve that child's full potential.

All reasonable resources shall be provided through the school budget and from appropriate support agencies, and effectively managed so as to provide for each child's full entitlement to a broad curriculum, including the National Curriculum, taking due regard of the school's Equal Opportunities Policy and the school's unique Christian character. It shall reflect that 'every child has a fundamental right to education and must be given the opportunity to achieve and maintain an acceptable level of learning'.

If you wish to contact our Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator, Mrs Marshall or Miss Armstrong, you can email 'FAO SENCO' to office@stpaulscrompton.org.uk
